Flower Pens

It's Teacher Appreciation Week for us and we came up with some creative gifts.  The first day was "Bring A Flower".  My friend, Tammie, suggested making flower pens.  It's cheap, easy to make, and the flowers won't wilt!

These are the only supplies you need:  fake flowers, floral tape, and pens.

Trim the flowers.  The stem only needs to be a couple inches long.

Place the flower against the end of the pen and then wrap with the floral tape.   For added durability, add a dab of hot glue between the flower stem and pen.  Be sure you don't wrap the floral tape all the way to the end or the lid won't go back on.

And that's it!  You can make several to make a "Pen Bouquet" or they look pretty on their own.
